13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
You and we both agree that the courts of Zug, Switzerland will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any difference or dispute or claim (including non-contractual differences or disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms or their subject matter or formation.
